DR. INTA LIEPNIECE-KARELE

Dr. I. Liepniece-Karele is Doctor of Medicine, Certified Physician-Pathologist, Head of Laboratory. Graduated from the Latvian Academy of Medicine and doctoral studies at Riga Stradins University. Specializing in general and oncological pathology. Dr. I. Liepniece-Karele is the President of the Latvian Pathologists Association, a member of the European Pathologists Association, as well as a lecturer in doctoral training programs. She is involved in the development of morphological guidelines in European Pathologists working groups and is the author of several scientific publications.

DR. ANDA AVERATE

Dr. A. Averate is a certified pathologist, a member of the Latvian Pathologists Association and the Baltic-German Pathologists Association with work experience in general pathology. Since 2005, she has been a Quality Control Manager at the Academic Histology Laboratory.

DR. SOLVITA BLAŽUKA

Dr. S. Blazuka is a graduate of Riga Stradins University, Faculty of Medicine and is a certified pathologist. Professional experience since 2014. Specializes in general pathology - especially gynecology and gastroenterology. S. Blazuka is a member of the Latvian Pathologists Association. The doctor is the author and co-author of scientific articles and co-author of a publication. Regularly attends Association meetings, seminars, conferences, symposia, various continuing education courses.

DR. KRISTĪNE NEVIDOVSKA

Doctor-pathologist completed RSU residency in pathology. Member of Latvian Pathologists Association. Co-author of several scientific publications. She is specialized in general pathology and uropathology.

DR. INGA BOGDANOVA

Dr. I. Bogdanova is a certified pathologist. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Latvia and the Faculty of Postgraduate Education, Riga Stradins University, residency program in pathology. Specializing in general and oncological pathology. Dr. I. Bogdanova is a member of Latvian Pathologists Association and European Pathologists Association. Regularly participates in scientific conferences and congresses in Latvia and abroad.

MARIJA ANDERSONE

In 2013, she graduated from the University of Latvia P. Stradiņš Medical College, obtaining the qualification of a biomedical laboratory assistant. Since 2016, she has been working at SIA Akadēmiskā histoloģijas laboratorija as a laboratory assistant histologist and since May 2020 she has also been performing the duties of a chief laboratory assistant. Knows all the main processes in the preparation and quality assurance of histological preparations. She has also learned the basics of implementing and maintaining a quality system.
